Mysuru: The Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal Chairman Justice K. Bhakthavatsala has stayed the suspension order of Senior Deputy Director for Food and Civil Supplies Dr. K. Rameshwarappa. He was suspended in connection with the missing of 1,165 quintals of rice from the Nanjangud godown of Karnataka State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, recently. Following the suspension order, the Senior Officer had approached the Tribunal. The Chairman, after preliminary hearing on July 19, has stayed the Govt. Order until further orders. However, the interim order shall not come in the way of initiation of disciplinary enquiry against the applicant.
