Mysuru: Dr. Hiroya Fujisaki, Professor Emeritus, University of Tokyo, Japan, who is well-known throughout the world for his model for the process of fundamental frequency control in speech (Fujisaki Model), is visiting All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysuru, on Mar.19 and 20.
He will be delivering International Speech Communication Association (ISCA) distinguished lectures on two topics — 1. Fujisaki Model: Fundamentals and Applications; 2. Speech Perception - Mechanism and Processes. These lectures are scheduled at 2 pm on Mar. 19 and 20 respectively in the AIISH Seminar Hall, Academic Block.
