Ambedkar on Apr.29 at 3.30 pm at Cauvery auditorium in its premises here. Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS) Director Prof. Nilagiri M. Talwar will inaugurate. KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. D. Shivalingaiah will preside over the programme.
