Mysuru: Regretting that the medical profession is getting more and more commercialised in the recent days, MLC Dr. D. Thimmaiah said, however, there is a ray of hope as some medical professionals with human values, are rendering service to the society.
He was speaking after releasing Dr. Arkalgud Neelakanta Murthy’s three works — ‘Samayada Neeru Matte Hariyuva Hottu’, ‘Hennobbalu Garbhakoshagaleradu’ and ‘Mukhadindeddu Yettalo Nadeda Kannu' — at a programme organised under the joint aegis of Ursu Jagruti Academy Charitable Trust, Mysuru and Vaidyavartha Prakashana, Mysuru, at the Institution of Engineers-India (IEI) on JLB Road here recently.
