As part of World Youth Skills Day, AG&P Company will be donating microscopes to Department of Genetics and Genomics, University of Mysore (UoM), at a programme organised at Vignana Bhavan in Manasagangothri here tomorrow at 10 am. UoM Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar will inaugurate. MP Pratap Simha, AG&P Company Chief Operating Officer Chiradeep Datta and UoM Syndicate member Dr. Chaitra Narayan will be the chief guests. Genetics and Genomics Department Chairman Prof. S.S. Malini will be present.
The following will be felicitated at the programme for their achievements in their respective fields: T.S. Ravi (Sports), Dr. Rathnamma (Soliga Community Development), M.P. Urja (Digital Marketing), S.V. Venkatesh (Communication Training) and Dr. Ningaraju (Folk Art). The main objective of this event is to spread awareness about Skill Development which are relevant both in local and global entrepreneurship.
