The programme will be inaugurated by Past Dist. Governor, RI District 3181 R. Vasudevamurthy. Past Dist. Governor, RI District 3020 Sam Movva will deliver the keynote address. District Governor 2017-18, RI Dist. 3181 M.M. Suresh Chengappa will preside.
