In an uplifting initiative, the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysuru, has partnered with Bank of Baroda, to distribute hearing aids to young children with hearing impairment at an affordable rate. Mayor Shivakumar, who will be the chief guest, will distribute high-gain digital hearing aids to beneficiaries on Nov. 9 at the Seminar Hall, Academic Block of AIISH, at 10 am. Regional Head of Bank of Baroda Anuj Awasthi will be the guest of honour. AIISH Director Dr. M. Pushpavathi will preside.
