Mysore/Mysuru: "Officials should take steps to prevent irregularities in distribution of Ashraya houses. CCTVs should be installed compulsorily and in case any irregularities occur, officials will be held responsible for it," warned MLA L. Nagendra.
Addressing the Chamaraja Constituency Ashraya Committee Meeting at the MCC Old Council Hall on Monday, Nagendra said that there were complaints of irregularities and officials were extorting money from the poor people for distributing Ashraya houses. He asked the officials to work efficiently without giving room to irregularities.
