The Department for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens has invited applications from interested candidates for a two-year Diploma in Education - Special Education (Visual Impairment - D.Ed VI) and Diploma in Education - Special Education (Hearing Impairment) at the Training College for Teachers of Deaf and Blind at Tilak Nagar in city. PUC-passed general category candidates above 50 percent marks and SC/ST candidates above 45 percent can apply. No tuition fees will be collected from SC/ ST/ Differently-abled selected candidates.
