Mysore/Mysuru: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) - Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL), Mysuru, has supplied 6,500 ready-to-eat meals to Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) to be distributed among labourers and daily wagers who are facing severe hardship due to nationwide lockdown.
The products, including Khichidi, Tomato Rice, White Rice with Dal Fry along with ready-to- drink Lemon Juice, were handed over by Dr. Anil Dutt Semwal, Director, DFRL to N.M. Shashikumar, Additional Commissioner, MCC, in the premises of Jayamma Govindegowda Kalyana Mantapa in Kuvempuanagar. Dr. M.M. Parida, Associate Director, Dr. N. Gopalan, Additional Director and Dr. R. Kumar, Additional Director, were present.
