Mysuru, Sept. 7 (PM&BS)- N. Bhaskar, State President of ‘Samvidhana Samrakshana Horata Samiti,’ has urged the State Government to develop Madhuvana — the royal cemetery of the erstwhile Mysore Royal Family — located on Nanjangud Road, into a Memorial.
He stated that the Wadiyars, who ruled Mysore State (later Karnataka), developed it into a model State admired across the world. “It is the Government’s duty to educate future generations about the remarkable history and contributions of the Wadiyars,” he said.
