Mysore/Mysuru: “Desiranga, by imparting knowledge of theatre and folk dance to youths for the last 18 years, is not only contributing to folk art of Mysuru but also helping youths to come out of cell phone addiction,” said Maharani’s College for Women’s Prof. K.E. Govindegowda while speaking at a ‘Theatre Training and Dance Festival’ programme organised by Desiranga at Kalamandira in the city recently.
“Desiranga is imparting theatre training and teaching folk dances to college students for the last 18 years and contributing to the growth of Mysuru folk art. In addition, it is helping youths to showcase their hidden talents and come out of their addiction to cell phones,” he said.
