The Social Welfare Department, in association with various Departments, will be celebrating International Day of Democracy on Sept. 15 with the slogan ‘Human Chain in Karnataka for Democracy.’ In view of this, a preliminary meeting will be held at 11 am tomorrow (Sept. 5) at Zilla Panchayat (ZP) office in city under the chairmanship of the DC, according to a press release.
