Narasimharaja MLA Tanveer Sait will inaugurate the programme. Government CPC Polytechnic College Principal Dr. S.V. Doddaiah will preside. Deputy Commissioner G. Lakshmikanth Reddy, District Health & Family Welfare Officer Dr. P.C. Kumaraswamy, District Surveillance Officer Dr. D.G. Nagaraju will be the chief guest.
