Mysore/Mysuru: With a growing number of cases of the novel coronavirus confirmed across the world, having a sore throat or some sniffles might feel like a cause for concern. But in most cases, there is no reason to worry, experts say.
“If you are worried you might have the coronavirus, pick up the phone before you seek medical treatment. The reason for this is two fold: In very mild cases, your doctor might be able to give you advice on how to treat your symptoms at home without needing to see you in person, which would reduce the number of other people you expose,” said office-bearers from Mysore Medical College Alumni Association (MAA) and MAHAN, the Mysore Association of Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Diagnostic Centre.
