Mysuru: An Arbitration Court in Bengaluru has stayed the works on the multi-level parking lot being constructed in Town Hall premises in city, according to Corporator B.V. Manjunath, Chairman, MCC Standing Committee on Town Hall.
Speaking to SOM yesterday, Manjunath said that Hyderabad based Chhabria Associates, claiming that it has suffered losses had moved the Arbitration Court in Bengaluru, seeking compensation for the losses. The Court which upheld the plea has issued a stay on the works, he said.
