Principal Civil Court (Junior Division) in Madikeri has granted permission to four family members of Dy.SP M.K. Ganapathy to file objections to the ‘B’ report submitted by the CID, which probed the suicide of the Police officer.
Ganapathy’s father Kushalappa, mother Ponnamma, brother Machaiah and sister Sabitha had filed an application in the court on Oct. 24, 2016 to consider them as co-complainants. The court heard the arguments on Mar. 7 and has granted permission to the family members to file their objections by Apr. 10.
