Mysore/Mysuru: The Special Court for Elected Representatives at Bengaluru on Monday adjourned the hearing in the MUDA (the then Mysuru Urban Development Authority - MUDA) alternative sites scam case allegedly involving Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and his family members, to Oct.8.
Mysuru-based RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna had filed a petition questioning the B-report submitted by the Lokayukta Police in connection with the MUDA scam and also seeking change of the Investigation Officer in the case. The Special Court, which heard the petition yesterday, posted the next hearing in the case to Oct.8.
