Mysore/Mysuru: A couple lost their hard-earned savings to two individuals who promised two house sites on Ramanuja Road. The couple was taken to the Sub-Registrar’s Office where a fraudulent registration was done with fabricated documents after taking Rs. 38 lakh from them. The couple has now approached the Krishnaraja Police Station.

H.R. Ramesh, a retired employee of J.K. Tyre and a resident of Ramanuja Road and his wife B.G. Malathi, a retired BSNL employee, have accused Raghavendra Shet, a resident of Ramakrishnanagar E and F Block and Siddaraju, a resident of K.R. Mohalla of cheating and lodged the complaint.
