Mysuru: Family Planning Association of India (FPAI) and ULBA Hospital, Mysuru Branch, in association with Rotary Mysuru East conducted an Information Education Counselling (IEC) programme for women at Sri Sanjeevini Suraksha Shikshana Trust, Pushpashrama premises in city recently. The programme was inaugurated by Rtn. G. Arun Kumar Singh, President of Rotary Mysuru East. D.S. Shashikumar, Hon. Secretary, FPAI, Mysuru Branch and Dr. Nayana Kiran, resource person and member of FPAI Mysuru Branch presided. Dr. Nayana Kiran spoke about sexual and reproductive health and rights, menstrual hygiene, various family planning methods and importance of health. Adibha Kazi of Rotary Mysuru East, A.M. Ashok Kumar, Founder of Sri Sanjeevini Suraksha Shikshana Trust, R. Soma, Board Member and others took part in the programme.
