Mysuru: A Police Inspector, who had dared to book Chief Minister Siddharamaiah’s son late Rakesh Siddharamaiah for assault, has finally been promoted as a Dy.SP of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB), Bengaluru.
He was transferred from Nazarbad Police Station to District Crime Branch Records Bureau (DCRB) Karwar. According to sources, Inspector G.N. Mohan was shunted out to Karwar after he booked Rakesh Siddharamaiah when he was the Nazarbad Inspector. His promotion was withheld since then. He is now likely to take charge as ACB Dy.SP on June 19.
