Mysuru" City’s Principal Civil and JMFC Court has ordered status quo in connection with a building that is coming up at the Park on seventh cross, Ramakrishnanagar I-Block in city.
One Stephen Sujith, a resident of the locality, accusing that the building was unauthorisedly coming up in the Park with support from local Corporator M. Lakshmi (Ward No.46), had moved the Court seeking a stay on the construction of the building, which was allegedly coming up in violation of the Karnataka Municipalities Act.
