Nanjangud:“I am connected with Suttur Srikshetra since 1965 and Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Swamiji was my inspiration to garner strength in politics,” recalled former Prime Minister and JD(S) Supremo H.D. Deve Gowda. He was speaking after participating at Suttur Jathra yesterday.
Deve Gowda further recalled that he was a young novice in politics then and added that when he entered the Assembly, he was blessed by the then Suttur Seer. He contended that Suttur Mutt had carved a niche all over the world with immense contribution to education and health sector.
