JSS Polytechnic for the Differently Abled, Mysuru, is hosting the 3rd Indian Congress for Persons with Disabilities in association with a group of Persons with Disabilities, NGOs and other organisations from Feb. 21 to 23 at its premises. Around 150 delegates from all parts of the country and also from neighbouring countries are expected to participate.
