In a significant decision, the State Government has ordered that family members of SC/ST employees who die due to atrocities and violence against them, will be provided with jobs on compassionate grounds. The order comes soon after the State cabinet approved jobs on compassionate grounds for family members of SC/ST employees who die of atrocities while in service.
