Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) Commissioner K.A. Dayanand, Nagarahole Project Tiger Director P.A. Seema and Kodagu Additional DC R. Aishwarya will take part in the programme and release ‘Muktabhandara’ study book. KSOU VC Prof. Sharanappa V. Halase will preside.
