Bengaluru: A sticker with huge photograph of Chief Minister Siddharamaiah is pasted on each laptop. There is a small logo of the State Government and the photo of the Higher Education Department. However, the top portion of the laptop is filled with the CM’s photo. This is a government project and crores of rupees from the treasury is being spent on the distribution of laptops. How right is it for the CM to project himself so blatantly is the question doing the rounds.
