Bengaluru: With rains continuing to create havoc in Malnad and coastal districts, Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has directed officials to come to the rescue of flood affected districts, which have been battered by rains for the past several days.
After receiving inputs from flood affected districts of Kodagu, Hassan, Chikkamagalur, Shivamogga, Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Belagavi districts, Kumaraswamy on Thursday instructed officials to set up ‘Ganji Kendras’ and to extend all support to flood affected people.
