Mysuru: Saagarika S. Shyamnur, a V Sem E&C student of the National Institute of Engineering (NIE), Mysuru, has been selected to visit Russia on NCC Youth Exchange Programme from Aug. 18 to Sept.1, 2018 based on her performance as second best NCC Cadet (Air Wing) from Kar-Goa NCC Directorate in Republic Day Camp 2018 held at Delhi.
She has also won the commendation of Kar-Goa NCC Best Cadet award. She has had the honour of welcoming Nirmala Sitharaman, Defence Minister, for the area of Kar-Goa Directorate Flag Board at RD Camp.
