Mysuru: An Ayurveda doctor from city was killed on the spot when the car he was driving crashed against the compound wall of JSS Urban Haat on the Ring Road in the wee hours of today. The impact of the accident was such that the car turned turtle a couple of times before crashing onto the wall and later fell into a 10-ft ditch. The Police had a tough time retrieving the vehicle and pull out the victim.

The doctor has been identified as 30-year-old Dr. Chethan Kumar (in pic.), a resident of Bogadi Second Stage near Nirmithi Kendra. He was the only son of Marigowda, Assistant Director, Survey Department, Hunsur. The family hails from Aralukuppe in K.R. Pet Taluk and Chethan was running an Ayurvedic clinic at Lalithadripura.
