In the backdrop of recent rains in city and the expected Monsoon, Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has advised citizens to use boiled water as the water supplied may be contaminated. Though the Corporation supplies purified water, it is better to take extra precaution. The Executive Engineer of the MCC Water Supply and Under Ground Drainage, West Division, in a press release, said that people should not drink the water as supplied but use it after boiling.
