Mysuru: Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru, President Prof. J. Phillip, citing his vast experience in the field of restructuring and redesigning the curriculum, said that restructuring curriculum happens automatically without much protocols involved, since it will involve concentrating on bringing in more privatisation-centric administration of colleges and Universities.
He was speaking at the two-day workshop on ‘Restructuring and Redesigning the Curriculum to meet Industry Needs’ organised by the CII Southern Region, in partnership with SDM-IMD and National Skills Network (NSN) being the online Media Partner, here recently and said that this will help in removing the barriers of recruiting foreign faculties where exchange of faculties in India and abroad play a key role.
