Mysore/Mysuru: M.L. Basavaraje Urs, who donated Rs. 5 lakh to Karnataka Ursu Mahamandali Charitable (KUMC) Trust in memory of his wife B. Shantha, was felicitated during the Chintana-Mantana programme held at Sri Venugopalaswamy Temple recently.
Trust President B.S. Sridhara Raj Urs did the honours in the presence of Secretary Y.M. Kiran, Vice-Presidents MGR Urs, HMT Lingaraj Urs and Indukala Urs, K.P. Lakshmi Kantharaj Urs and M.K. Ananda Raj Urs (guest speakers) and Nanjunda Raj Urs (Editor ‘Ursu Dwani’ Monthly).
