With Kabini dam filled to the brim, Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa will offer Bagina to Kabini River at 11am on Sept.7. The Chief Minister will leave Bengaluru from Jakkur Aerodrome by an IAF chopper at 10.40 am and arrive at Kabini helipad in H.D. Kote taluk at 11 am. After offering Bagina at the reservoir, Yediyurappa will fly back to Bengaluru at 11.45 am. H.D. Kote MLA Anil Chikkamadu will preside. District Minister V. Somanna, MPs Pratap Simha and V. Sreenivasa Prasad, Mysuru ZP President Parimala Shyam, Chamarajanagar ZP President Shivamma and others will be present.
