Mysore/Mysuru: On the occasion of Amavasya and 22nd Jain Tirthankara, Bhagwan Neminatji's Nirwana Day, Jeev Daya Jain Charity (JDJC) had organised a Mega Feeding Drive for cows of Pinjrapole, Mysuru, on Sept. 25.
Cows were fed with nutritious diet which included soaked black gram dal, cucumber, ashgourd, banana, husk and green grass at Rs. 200 per cow. More than 600 people visited and fed the cows and the organisers were able to raise Rs. 3.5 lakh for Pinjrapole with this initiative.
