Bengaluru: As Karnataka prepares to take on the possible third wave of COVID attack, which is predicted to happen in a couple of months, Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar said that the Centre has provided a financial assistance of Rs.1,500 crore for tackling the deadly virus.
Speaking after launching the vaccination drive at a Private Hospital in Bengaluru’s Jayanagar yesterday, Dr. Sudhakar said the State Government is aware of the co-operation extended by Private Hospitals when the pandemic broke out last year.
