Cauvery Heart and Multi-Speciality Hospital in city has been awarded with entry-level accreditation by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH). Cauvery Hospital is the first non-corporate hospital in Mysuru to receive the coveted NABH accreditation. The 100-bedded hospital also provides premier advanced medical care including Cardiology & Cardiac Surgery, Bone & Joint, Brain & Spine Care, GI & Laparoscopic Surgery, Women & Child Care, Urology & Nephrology, Onco Surgery, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, ENT, Dermatology, Dental & Maxillofacial Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery. NABH accreditation process covers every aspect of hospital management; including fire safety, disaster handling, infection control practices, equipment maintenance, customer feedback, credential checking of the staff and doctors, employee satisfaction. The accreditation will be effective till 16th January, 2019.  NABH is a constituent board of Quality Council of India, which is set up to establish and operate accreditation programme for healthcare organisations.
