Mysore/Mysuru: As part of World Cancer awareness day, the District Health and Family Welfare Department, in association with National Health Mission (NHM), District Surveillance Unit, District NCD Cell, MMC&RI, Bengaluru’s Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Apollo BGS Hospital, ClearMedi Radiant Hospital, Bharath Cancer Hospital and PHRI, Mysuru, launched a week-long cancer awareness and cancer screening camp at J.K. Grounds near the City Railway Station here this morning.
MLAs L. Nagendra, Tanveer Sait and G.T. Devegowda jointly inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp.
