Mysuru: Karnataka State Backward Classes Vigilance Forum and other organisations will stage a protest near Ambedkar Statue at Town Hall premises here on Nov.30 at 11.30 am condemning the action of the State Government in cancelling the scholarship for Backward Class students.
Disclosing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here on Tuesday, Forum President K.S. Shivaram pointed out that the Government has announced to stop payment of scholarship for Backward Class students studying from 1st to 10th standard for 2019-20 which will affect about 25 lakh students.
