The Department of Libraries has invited authors and publishers of books on Literature, Arts, Science, competitive exams, Child Literature etc., written in Kannada, English and other Indian Languages, which are first published between Jan.1, 2018 and June 30, 2018 for selection of books that are to be purchased for distribution among Public Libraries. The books, along with the application form, must be submitted to the Director, Department of Public Libraries, Vishveshwaraiah Towers, 4th Floor, Ambedkar Veedhi, Bengaluru - 01, before July 31.
