Considering the success of formation of ‘Akka Pade’ (Sisters Force) by Home Department in a few districts of the State, the Women and Child Development Department has decided to extend this initiative to all the districts across the State by forming the ‘Akka Pade’ including National Cadet Corps (NCC). Hence, five women (35-45 years), who have NCC ‘C’ certification, will be selected for the team on contractual basis. Last date to apply is Nov. 13.
