The Kannada and Culture Department has asked artists, writers and widow pensioners coming under the Department, to submit life certificates for availing monthly pension. Eligible artists can obtain the prescribed Life Certificate format from the Department Office located in Kalamandira premises on Hunsur Road in city and the filled-in forms must be submitted, after getting it attested by a Gazetted Officer, before May 30 (by 5.30 pm).
