On account of non-functioning, the Co-operation Department has liquidated the Goldsmith Co-operative Society, as per the provisions of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959. As the Society has become non-functional, the Department has proposed to cancel its Registration. As such, the Department has convened Annual General Body (AGM) meeting of the Society at the office of the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mysuru Sub-Division, Mysuru, at 1 pm on July 7, to finalise the cancellation of Registration. Interested members of the Society can take part in the AGM, according to a press release.
