The Minorities Welfare Department has invited building owners, who wish to let out their building located in the city limits, that can accommodate at least 100 students, on rental basis. The building will be used for running Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Souharda Boys Hostel. The building should have a 24x7 water supply system, electricity, adequate parking space, a large kitchen, solar system and other necessary infrastructure. Also, the building must be located close to a bus stop and the owner should have title deed of the property.

The interested building owners can visit the Department Office in Moulana Azad Bhavan, next to Shobha Garden, Mysuru-Bengaluru road or call Ph: 0821- 2422088 or 2422078, according to a press release.
