Bengaluru: With just a day left for Cabinet formation, the JD(S) leadership, anticipating trouble within the party over Cabinet berths, is understood to have decided to keep three Ministerial berths vacant.
The JD(S), which can accommodate only 11 of its MLAs in the Cabinet, is feeling the heat as the list of aspirants lobbying for Ministerial berths has been growing by the day, with more than twenty MLAs said to be vying for berths. The party is said to have decided on giving district-wise representation in the Cabinet.
