With Assembly by-election to be held in Hunsur Constituency on Dec.5 and election Model Code of Conduct in force from Nov.11 to Dec.11, the Deputy Commissioner has instructed people possessing licensed arms to surrender the same at the concerned Police Station till the election process is completed. Carrying of explosives and lethal arms is also banned.
