Mysuru: A bus conductor who married a woman from Paduvarahalli in city committed suicide yesterday morning, just a day after his marriage. While he tied the knot with the woman from Paduvarahalli, he did not tell her that he was supposed to get married to another woman on May 8 at Ranebennur, his native place.
According to the Police and family members, 30-year-old Nadaiah Matapathi, son of Veeranna Matapathi, was a resident of Ranebennur in Haveri District. He was working as a conductor in the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) and fell in love with Kavyashree, a resident of Paduvarahalli in Mysuru.
