Mysuru: Pandit Rajeev Taranath has grown as an institution in many respects. However, all efforts to bring to notice the problems that a person of his calibre is facing at this stage in his life to the Higher Education Minister has come to naught, said former Minister Prof. B.K. Chandrashekar.
He was speaking at the 85th birthday celebrations of Pandit Taranath here last evening. “In the Universities all kinds of things are happening. Many things that should not be done are being done. However, when it comes to Pandit Taranath, they have ignored him. The bureaucracy is going from bad to worse,” he said expressing his displeasure.
