Mysore/Mysuru: Every time a dilapidated building collapses, the authorities of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) and the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) wake up and decide to conduct a survey to identify weak structures and issue notices to the owners that they will be held responsible for loss of life and limb.
