Mysore/Mysuru: To create awareness about Breast Cancer, V Sakhi and Rotary Mysore East have jointly organised a Saree Walkathon tomorrow (Oct. 30) starting from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Palace North Gate, at 7 am.
Announcing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan in city yesterday, V. Sakhi Founder Rajalakshmi said that women wearing saree will go on a walk around the Palace. The event will be flagged off by Pramoda Devi Wadiyar of Mysore royal family. Rotary Mysore East President Elizabeth Shakuntala and V Sakhi President Bhanu Anand will take part.
